One hour long with voice and gentle background music, this recording uses gentle stretching, positive suggestions, repetition and progressive muscle relaxation to help distract and quieten the mind, relax the body and slowly and gently guide the child down into natural sleeping patterns.
Use every night for at least three weeks to establish better sleeping patterns and habits.
