I'm a social drinker who sometimes is swayed a bit by peer pressure. I thought this would be a good experiment. I have used other recordings from Andrew and have benefitted immensely. Well, this worked a bit too well. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't even thought once about a drink. Last night, I was out with friends and found myself ordering water without even batting an eyelash. Weird-especially coming from someone who loves a glass of wine. I can imagine that anyone who seriously needs to quit would find this super helpful.

I used the Lose Weight with good success and keeping the weight off has not been a problem. I've found that one or two drinks have become three or four. This is a concern so I am trying the app. I may not be a good candidate as I don't care if I quit or cut back to one or two. So far my interest in having a drink is zero. Sometimes I have one or two and sometimes none. I'll review again in three weeks.
